Indeed the main switch is a weak point. It's always a good idea to keep the load of the switch.

But since you have all led I guess this isn't the case. It sounds like an earthing and or loom proble ...

Nope. As far as i know it. The puma bulkheads are the only ones with this funny shape holes. But have a look at it and let me know.
