I managed to get my motor/fan out of the casing far enough to lube it. More than that appeared to be a pain tho.

I'm no expert but here goes...
Vibration, could that be the typical Puma resonance characteristic? More of a drone really.
Wobble, could that be swivel pre-load too light or non existent?

My usual method is to boil a kettle and pour it over the sticker then use meths or white spirit on residual glue. It's your call tho, I can't guarantee anything.
