That 1190 adv is a lovely bike, I like the BMW GS's but if pushed i could suffer a KTM, no foot warmers though!

Can you feel the pipes around the thermostat to feel if its opening or not? When it's all very hot is the bottom hose getting heated at all?

Good news, after reading this thread i had a good look around mine and the seat base wasn't locking down completly due to a stray bit of plastic from somewhere.
Seat works fine for now
