On my 2021 D90 First Edition US, I was able to get ACC (the most important feature to me), ATPC, TR2, and dynamic mode enabled. I also enabled advanced tow assist, but have not yet tried it.

I was able to get ACC and a few other features activated today for my 2021 D90 First Edition using the JLR Engineering Pro (JET-PRO) tool and its built-in scripts.
