I had a similar issue regarding General Grabbers AT's... *cough* Although I still put it down to driver error, if you're blaming the GG AT's then I'll jump on that bandwagon!!

Houston... We have Diff Lock!
Well that was easy.. ish! With little to no access of the Diff lock linkage from under the 90, it was time to go in top down... only the wee gearbox tunnel in the way. ... |

WD40  Definitely wouldn't squeak!
I'd look at the amount of copper grease on the back of the pads. Might just be as simple as taking them out, re-grease and refit?
