Does anyone know if it’s possible to fit a NATO hitch onto the Terrafirma 2” receiver without it clashing against the lower two M16 bolts?

If you set your alarm off do you get just the horns or a siren as well? My understanding of it is if you can hear a siren you’ve got a BBUS.

And the hole beneath your headlight is perfect for hiding an alarm switch for when they remove the headlight surround.

They’re not from your sidelight and indicator are they? Have you checked behind the passenger side headlamp for more unconnected plugs? This is typically where the BBUS is located.

I’ve made the loom up and and it works perfectly, just need to sort the brackets out and it will be ready.

I presume the perfectly sized apertures beneath the headlights were originally designed ...

Just had my switches delivered, they’re normally closed, not open! Not sure how I managed that when I tested the one in-situ in the engine bay... Parallel circuit it is!

Dinnu, that’s my non-electrician understanding of it! When the bonnet is closed it compresses the switch providing continuity for the circuit. A break in the continuity is what triggers the alarm.

Just tested the bonnet switch, it’s normally open... so wiring this up in series should work?
