Very possibly, an injector dripping fuel overnight, or an injector loom issue
If it was a burst injector seal, the fuel would drain out the head completely
As its only a rough idle, this would ... |

Install a non return valve in fuel line as when pumps wear it allows fuel to run back
There is already a non-return valve in the filter head |

Injector seals are very common, and relatively easy and cheap to replace
As long as you keep the injectors in order, you won't need any reprogramming |
