| mine did the same; when I got it opened I greased the mechanisms and it was fine afterwards. |

| if it's any help I've just had bilstein shocks fitted to my truck and it has made a huge difference to the comfort and ride quality; something I've always found pretty terrible in my 90. |

I've got almost exactly the same problem, i'll check the earths.
