Probably need to additional ratchet straps from the spare wheel down to the bottom of the bike carrier and strap each side to the tow hooks for better safety/security.

I am too looking at such a solution. Can you tell me from your experience is there is swinging left-right or drooping slip movement when under load and travelling with the attachment? ...
