If the bar was e marked could you effectively use this as a front fog light? Had a gander at the road vehicle lighting regs 1989 and I can't seem to find anything that suggests otherwise

New VDO MAF did the trick so it appears that if running with and without a MAF doesn't affect performance then it's likely gone.

Top speed now 78-79 which I'm putting down to my lift and roof rack ...

I can move the actuator with mole grips when connected but i’ll Give that a go as well. New TPS and MAF on the way so fingers crossed
