I've got the one from Remote key , it's great and it's all in one ,key and Landrover alarm .
I've also just had a Griffin alarm fitted so saves me having two alarm fobs on my key ring . |

Thanks all . I managed to get it out , and more importantly I found the loose wire , fixed it and put it all back together , and no spare parts left over . 
It was fiddly but once done ... |

I had exactly the same problem on mine last year . Luckily I'd only had it 6months so my local LRO dealer put in a new one under warranty .
I've since changed that to a Kenwood with Bluetooth and DA ... |
