When I replaced mine the other day, it was definitely a one piece seal.

Ive never changed the top ones, but yes i believe thats the correct part number.
As far as I'm aware, the procedure is basically the same as the lower ones.

I would also say to drive one first.
I went from a TD5 to the TDCi and after a few weeks, started falling out of love with the TDCi.

Personal preference, but I have rubber flooring/mats in my 2014 110XS and carpet in my 110 TD5.
