As Blackwolf says check the under bonnet earths, also check the main relay under there RH front seat. There was a Landrover document detailing this (SSM44410)

One thing to note is that the NAS spec rear lights do not have a dedicated indicator circuit, the outer lights are red and come on with the brakes. The brake light doubles as the indicator.
