Thanks to everyone with there advice.
I tried everything and found the fault.
The smoke test never helped but compressor at 30psi found the leak in the intercooler.

Defender Puma 2.2 2013
P0101 fault code
Just keeps coming back.
Have changed hoses MAF sensor/ Boost sensor/ MAF socket plug ok.
Have done smoke test and no leaks.
Remove code then drive 500m ...
