Thanks everyone for your comments and advice I am taking it to the auto electrician for them to take and look and will get those extra earth straps fitted

I think they may have forgot to put a bolt in on the water pump side as it just hangs by the alternator bolt once the front bolts are removed. Might have to replace the drive belt idl ...

Thats a big difference I have a part number LR031367 for the assembly do you have a ford part number and supplier?
