Another thumbs up for Pete / BAS

10/10 for customer service Pete.

2.2 Puma 150BHP remote remap ordered on Wednesday evening.

Shipped out next day and arrived as promised on Friday.

I had a few questions over the remapping process which Pete answered on live chat early this evening (Friday).

I emailed through the required log to Pete at 19:30 on and had an email back by 19:58 to say the required file had been prepared and the BAS2 tool could be updated with the 150 map by downloading a dedicated Windows program using a link provided.

Updating the tool was easy, as was flashing the new remap through the OBD port by following the on screen instructions in the Android app.

Can't wait to go for a test drive tomorrow to see what difference it has made.

To get such a quick turnaround on the file update on a Friday evening is amazing customer service.

Thanks Pete Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Made a short test and I'm very happy with the remap.
