Italy 2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 SW Stornoway Grey

The car is fantastic!!! is like to drive a car, engine is smooth but take rpm like a rocket, no smoke, no flat spot on power delivery, quick throttle response.......

My car have cat and central muffler like LR made, the only mods are hybrid turbo, Allisport uprated intercoole and K&N filter....

Great job Pete!!!

Thank you again from your italian reference! We do a big-big step forward from the others tuners!!!!

Today I used the Defender and I confirm you my past evaluation, is a dream....

More test will came with OBD recorder on board. Defender 90SW 2.4 TDCi Stornoway Grey Outback Engineering Limited Edition

Even SWMBO commented " What have you done? ". So everyone happy. Thanks Pete.

p.s. Do you ever take time off to sleep. Order sent 22.20hrs, Remap received at 23.17hrs. Unbelievable service.

I can't get the 3.90 software to link to the BAS interface. Rolling Eyes Or is it the other way round? It keeps saying ''device not found''.
I knew there would be a problem. Crying or Very sad

Hi Pete. I have one of you old tunes on a standard defender. Is it worth my while upgrading to this new tune? Or do I wait till I hopefully upgrade my inter cooler and or turbo?

Myn. Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.

Did you return car to original first ?

let windows find the driver automaticlly, CLOSE the software first, undo USB plug, then put plug back in and let windows do the reast. you have the driver missing. 150bhp & 170bhp Autobiography Smooth Tune for Puma 2.2TDCi available at BAS. We Pave the way, the rest just follow!

Sounds like I could do with one of these too!

Truck could need some more oomph low down.

However mine has an EU2 rated engine according to the serial number ... would that be a problem or doesn't that matter at all?

EU2 is no problem as long as the software had had at least some of its dealer updates to get rid of mostof the many landrover glitches they have fixed over the years. 150bhp & 170bhp Autobiography Smooth Tune for Puma 2.2TDCi available at BAS. We Pave the way, the rest just follow!

Pete, sorry to be a pain in the a***!

Yes, I put the car back to original first, as per your instructions.

Tried closing software/removed plug and put it back in but still the same, ''No Device Found'', or though when I put the plug back in the computer it makes the bing noise like when USB devices are connected.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks
Darren

Just a suggestion DAZ110, I had that last night "No Device found " , plugged lead in and out, tried different USB sockets, then changed USB lead, and bingo, worked as it should. Try a working USB lead, off your printer! Maybe. Worth a try. Thumbs Up LANDYWATCH

Great! The truck is a 3/2011 shipped CKD to Malaysia and assembled locally 11/2012. Should have the latest software.

Guess I will send you a PM for pricing and shipping to Malaysia one of these days.
