Terrafirma RVS in Matt Black, with Cooper ST Maxx 265/75/R16 Thumbs Up

Only trouble with them is; they use a 21mm head wheel nut instead of the standard 27mm, so I've had to order a universal wheel brace to put in the wheel changing kit in the truck. At least that'll have 4 different sizes so it can be used with my Ifor Williams too.

They are surprisingly quiet given the tread pattern, in fact they are quieter than the Nexen's roadian ATII's they replaced. 1995 300 Tdi Epsom Green - It's a keeper.

Agreed, maybe slightly noisier than a more road bias all-terrain or road pattern, but conform to current legislations etc and not noticeable in a Defender! Pete

Very nice wheels PCA42, they look great on your DC, better than the black wolf rims, imo Thumbs Up 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up. Keeper.

I quite agree, I love the 18" anthracite wheels, just not sure I can justify the extra cost over 16"

Am I right in thinking the Cooper ST Maxx DON'T carry the snowflake symbol for winter use like the KO2 DO? Can't seem to find that info on the Cooper site. Thanks James

They're advertised as being studdable so i'd like to think they're good for snow, i had them on my old D1 and they're fantastic in Mud, wet tarmac and snow.

I will have them again when my defender is ready some rubber

An absolute Bi Censored ch to balance, but handy when stuck to be able to lower to 10psi and recover. Also a b Censored r to get the 26 bolts tightened up correctly otherwise it starts chewing them up!!
