Hi Froogle,could you not cut the weld off with a cutting disc/grinder and turn it 180 and weld it the way you want it.im sure any fabricators locally may do it for you for a small charge,will be loads cheaper than buying the whole rack.ive got the same bracket going spare if you want it to try,you can have it but I’m down south
