Seems they are teething problems or gremlins with the EV concept. Wonder if they will be able to pin it down and eliminate it. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

Apparently the jeeps have just carpet over the top of the battery where the re seat passengers are.

Any off gassing from the battery goes straight inside the vehicle and also they will have a front row ticket for the fire then explosion…..great design.
