I don’t know how big the immigrant Norwegian population is in those parts of the USA but there is a Hell in Norway too , I stayed there during my road trip through Norway in summer 2022 - it is the location of Trondheim Airport so you can also fly into Hell! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hell,_Norway We also have a Hell in Scotland it’s near to Purgatory………. I was aware of Hell in Norway, a friend from Norway visited me in Hell, Michigan when I first moved there. I've since been evicted from Hell, but I'm still close by.
