2012 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 CSW Santorini Black

Question to the Apple gurus

So my 9 year old son has lost his iPad (no sim card), and the tablet was purchased and configured by my wife and daughter when I was travelling, and they did not take note of what icloud account they created at that time - was his first Apple device. My bad too that I never checked it and never logged into his icloud account on the laptop at home.
So the question is there any remote possibility of tracking it? TIA 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

I dont think so, not without knowing the icloud accound thats logged into it, sadly.

Do you have the original box, as this should have a serial number that may be able to be found, also it could be worth contacting Apple, their helpdesk folk are super helpful. Recommend contacting Apple late afternoon early evening as this is when the folk in Cupertino are taking calls, they are next level Jumped ship to reliability - Mitsubishi L200

when wife / daugher set up account they may have been asked for a second email / mobile for recovery, try seaching their accounts for mail / text on the day they set it up. 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper

Yes, original box still have, and have the serial number. I am trying to contact the 24/7 Apple support helpdesk, but the call cannot be completed! But will keep on trying.

Searched mine and my wife's email from around the period the icloud account was created, but nothing found. Not even in trash or spam folders. Still to check dughter's email.

The issue most likely to come up is Apple suggesting you do a password reset type thing, which then utilises the secondary phone/email - in OPs situation this wouldn't work as you would need to know what email address you needed to get into iCloud with in order to track the iPad.
