Patio cleaner / sealer
What are the collective thoughts on a decent patio/concrete flag cleaning solution?
I do have a jet wash but was looking for more something I can pour on and scrub?

But open to options to see whats good at removing general grime, and once cleaner a decent sealer to try and keep the dirt away for longer? 1999 Defender TD5 110

I like the Costco stuff you just spray on and leave. Next time it rains your flags are spotless. They stay clean for a good while afterwards too. That’s good for algae/lychen and general weathering dirt. It may not work on stubborn things like oil, not sure. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Try sprinkling soda crystals on too. Cheap and available from home bargains! Sprinkle on and wait for the rain!!

You’ll be meaning this stuff. https://www.wetandforget.co.uk/

Excellent stuff but needs sunlight to work as well so if it’s in the shade it takes a lot longer.

I use a product called “simply gone”. One of the many types of spray and leave types of products available, but I have used several and this has been one of the better ones.

Spray on when you have a 3 day dry window or more and let the rain wash it and the algae away

Cheers all. I will have a look at simply gone.

There is some shade in the back garden given the time of year. 1999 Defender TD5 110

“Simply Gone”… Just use it on your algae and fungi, it doesn’t work on the wife sadly Whistle Ride like you stole it!!
