A bit more progress. Front is looking a lot fresher. The black plastics have been brought back to life.
On Friday I've got forum royalty visiting to fit new screen rubber

What did you use on the black plastics to get them to look that good? Cheers Ian

A few more pics. New screen rubber and alpine window rubbers fitted thanks to GREENI. Privacy film now removed from windows and just trying these Freestyles for NAS look.
Underneath is exceptional with only surface rust.

I keep looking at the black wheel arches… I think I would love to see them white as well.

It’s a wonderful truck, no doubt it will turn out to be perfect In every way. 2002 Td5 | 90 County Station Wagon | Oslo Blue

A bit more progress. Vehicle lift makes working on 90 so much easier. Hinges removed for painting.

Hi Clayton
Not sure on bumper but I wouldn't think it would be fail. Let's face it - a Defender bumper is a steel channel bolted to chassis so doesn't really help with pedestrian safety.
It failed anyway on other items which I fully expected it to. The mot was done in order to get a list of work done requiring attention for a vehicle that has been stood for 7 years.
