Indicators not cancelling/cancelling at wrong time.
I seem to have an issue with my indicator stalk, where for example I indicate right, and as I wind lock on it cancels the indicator (I would expect this to happen as you wind lock off coming out of a corner)

I also find it often doesn't cancel as you wind lock off, meaning I go off down the road not hearing the quiet tick of the indicator relay.

Is this something that can be tampered with to get working correctly, or is it most likely worn out and could do with just replacing? (02 plate)

Have you had the steering wheel off recently?

Original steering wheel or aftermarket. Aftermarket ones use the sprung collar off the original wheel, or pins in the boss and need to be setup correctly.

Make sure the arrow on the indicator unit is pointing towards the stalk when re-installing the steering wheel.

Looks like mine should be fine then?
Unless the ring on the steering wheel itself is off?

I haven't but might have been off befre I bought it... it's an original wheel. will have a look as suggested. Cheers
