Australia 2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Manual Zermatt Silver
Front springs

Yesterday I replaced the front springs on the Puma with LR HD ones (NRC9448 & NRC9449) which are handed. Standard fare on a Defender, driver's side is a tad stiffer/taller than passenger's. The originals on the front are both Yellow/Yellow marked which should make them NRC8045 or Front passenger's side springs.

Not that it really means a lot, but I thought I'd post up this bit of trivia.

Oh and as for the HD springs... front end is now back to what it was (just a little stiffer) before I added the ARB bar and winch Very Happy

Addendum: I've looked up the reference data for the Puma and it appears that all Puma 110's have just the NRC8045 front springs. The 90 and 130 are still handed springs though.
