Yes that's the part (YUG000540LNF) I made up a harness and the switch cost me about ₤8 including postage to Australia. Over here it's not even a listed part |

The pins on the switch are all numbered, bit hard to read as they are down inside the switch (against the respective pins) from memory its 1-5 right to left, but double check.
