New Jeep Wrangler UK prices.
It ain't cheap. If Jeep can get away with this with Wrangler, surely the new.Def is going to be in the £50,000+ range?

I'm thinking for a family spec xs equivalent of my 110 it's going to be £50K

Then tick a few boxes for some extras and soon your close to £55k / £60K

That's a lot of money, made even worse the fact they will revamp it after a few years, put different engine options in it, upgrade the informatics system etc etc so very soon you have the old version anyway.

I'm still interested but may decide just to do a few more mods to mine and keep keep keep

I think I'm just completely out of touch. I bought a brand new top of the range Focus St 2.5 Turbo in 2006 for £16500, with a few options. And that seemed expensive. The prospect of spending £50k plus ona car bewilders me. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

I like Wranglers but there's no way in a month of Sundays that it's worth what they're asking

https://cars.usnews.com/cars-trucks/jeep/wrangler they start at $23,995 and the most expensive one is $41,445 in the US. 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW

wow
Ambitious pricing. And all signs from dealers is that the Defender will be priced at premium levels too.
So I just pre-ordered a new Jimny. Thumbs Up

Lots of decent low mileage Wranglers on eBay for good prices.

Like Defenders a lot of pricing is / was knocked off of new with 2nd hand purchase but to a point the value levels out.
(Which are still good values, but in a sensible pricing bracket.)

VAT @20% is now ridiculous too. Diesels Lives Matter. ⛽️🛢️👨‍🔧🧰⚙️
