300tdi EGR ECU
I'm looking at fitting an EGR blanking kit on my 300tdi 110, I'd like to remove the whole valve system. I know it's got the EGR ECU under the centre cubby box. Question is, will I have any faults or issues come up by doing this and also, is it possible to remove the entire system, ECU and all?

There won't be any faults if you remove it as the system only reads other information to operate the EGR valve.

Can remove the modulator from the bulkhead, unplug the injection pump sensor, the vacuum hose needs sealing up and the ECU can be unplugged.

Yeah just blank the full lot off under the bonnet, with the kit. Then just unplug the EGR ECU and bin the full lot. Thumbs Up
Mine was really sluggish with it on, as soon as i binned it, it made the motor a lot more lively Thumbs Up Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back
