Cool!
The only snag being that since it is 3.15 metres wide you could only operate it under Special Types regulations, so to all practical intents you couldn't drive it on the road.  The vendor is right, technically it is legal on the UK roads, but you could only use it for very specific purposes and you couldn't just drive about in it or use it for a trip to the pub. Even taking it unladen to a rally would technically be prohibited.
It is however a lot of truck for the money.
