First report Toyo Open Country MT 255/85/16
Fitted a set over the weekend £540 for 5 inc fitting and balancing.

Done around 100miles since. Defo lifted the vehicle as my roof tent needed the extra ladder section!

Balanced well but the chap was struggling lifting all the wheeels an tyres so stayed and helped him for 3hrs!
Need to adjust the lock stops as they run onto the radius arms on tight turns.

Running 34psi and they feel softer than the Wranglers I had on before. Noise levels lower with only a hint of MT whine. So far so good then Thumbs Up

I have measurements for adjusting the lockstops on 255/85's somewhere if I can find the bit of paper anywhere it's on.
Would that be any help?

You might want to think about Dynabeads as well on top of the wheel weight balancing, at least this is my set up and works very well.
Very good for dynamic active balancing against mud or stones inthe tread etc. Diesels Lives Matter. ⛽️🛢️👨‍🔧🧰⚙️

They look great!

I might give the dynabeads a go as my tyres rumble at about 50mph 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW

You have two choices larger beads before fitting OR standard via the valve stem.
I have the latter, they've been good.

It could just be a placebo but it feels to me like there is a feeling of more contact between rubber and road with MT's than before.
