Td5 Cooling System
I just installed an Allisport Alluminum Radiator on a 1999 D90. I have zero coolant loss, but the top of the radiator and top hoses are extremely hot to the touch when brought up to temp. The bottom rad hose that runs from the bottom of the thermostat to the bottom of the radiator is slightly warmer than ambient air temp.

I know this radiator will dissipate more heat than the original , but this seems to be on the extreme side of things.

Could the thermostat not be opening fully, or is something else going on?

I curious if anyone else has experienced this condition.

Thanks,
Don
