Well took the plunge, waiting for delivery due tomorrow, fed up with std bulkhead windscreen brackets bubbling, and door hinges failing, it's only 8 years old! Cheers

Eventually got around to fitting them! not sure on the new look but i like the robust, simple designs which should last longer for the door hinges. bonnet hinges was a case of well why not if having the door hinges, windscreen pillar caps was after having to replace the 3rd one on my 10MY USW!

I've just fitted the windscreen hinge covers and bonnet hinges and am very happy with the quality, fit and finish. Very happy Smile 2.2 Tdci 110 XS CSW Corris Grey

When I read the title I presumed someone had given up trying to stop leaks and wanted advice on waterproof clothing.

Nice hinges btw.

So how do you fit the door hinges? - the bolts in the original ones use captive nuts for the bulkhead but the Gore ones all seem to have bolts that screw in from behind so nothing to undo from outside the vehicle.

I think I may have to go down this route, my 130 only has 19k on the clock its 5 years old always garaged and its suffering bubbling paint especially on the screen brackets. Evil or Very Mad 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

Can understand how the part of the hinge that fixes to the door is bolted but how do you fix the side of the hinge that attaches to the door pillar? For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..
