Once you have been attacked it would make anyone a bit weary ,in Essex they were stabbing the horse's with darts to make them rear up to throw the riders off ,one of the hunt was thrown off and was later convicted of hitting a man with his ridding crop but was given a light sentence of a small fine due to the stabbing of the horse .And this about animal welfare

The only surprising thing is a Defender kept up with them, what were the sabs driving, a 2CV?

My comment was not meant to insinuate in any way that you're a sab - it was more to explain why some involved in hunting may be wary. I don't believe the Hunting fraternity necessarily have something to hide, but when faced with angry, masked individuals whilst going about their lawful pastime, you have to understand that it is a challenging situation, and people will react as such. |

Both sides don't do themselves any favours, I'm generally pro hunting, but then you see that, or the documentary about that lady the other week.....
