Has anyone an android double din

Hello

Looking at double din units as its about time I make use of the double din kit. I have an android phone and happy with it so would like a head unit with DAB.

I notice a lot look quite big at the back and the room is tight as I understand? has anyone fitted a Android double din and is it ok.
