285s on a 130
Anyone running 285s on a 130 ? if so what was your wheel choice to keep the turning circle within reason ?

Not keen on spacers and was thinking 16 x 8 with zero offset steels and if funds permit maybe a set of Blindos with an Et of 15.

Any pics would be a help. Thumbs Up

Picture below is 235s on Deep dish alloys and to be honest they look a bit lost on the 130.

Turning circle is improved/maintained with lower offset wheels. An 8 with a zero offset will push the inner face of the wheel further out than standard giving the opportunity for even tighter turning than standard (supertanker)

IMHO 285s dictate at least an 8” wide wheel- of course many people run them on narrower wheels such as 7” boosts with no reported problems.

Edit: vs standard tyres on boosts there isn’t any extra space on the inside, it’ll maintain your clearance and hence turning circle however. 2014 Keswick Utility 2.2
