Perhaps as empty boxes with a cable hole, so you can decide exactly what you want to put in it. Monsieur Le Grenadier

I so wish I knew about that side fuse box!! Such a neat and tidy solution, especially in a 110.

I agree it's a neat solution. But sorry I don't understand, why "especially in a 110"? Its the same seat box on a 90 and 130.

In a 90 you can mount a fuse box on the middle bulkhead, you cant in a 110. Has to be in the battery box or elsewhere.

Ahh yeah I'm with you. That would apply to all the Vans and single cab pick ups too, ie a 110 hard top van or 130 single cab pickup also has the bulkhead.

Would be a good idea if a UK fabricator could make something similar in Aluminium as a bare box, cut your own holes to suit your application NormanD WE191

It's well made, it's practical, it's a nice colour, and it's not only German, but Entreq German. Thereby if it would cost £150 if sold by MudStuff it must be at least 450€. Plus tax. Plus shipping. Plus wrapping. And another 75€ for some SS screws. Whistle Monsieur Le Grenadier

I've got this access panel in the side of my seatbox, did it when I had Recaro seats fitted as they didn't have a lift-out base. It is redundant now as I went back to LR seats which while not being as comfortable are a lot more convenient.

This is available from Rough parts which is very nice.

It also has a plain panel which you could cut to mount your own boards/outlets etc.

Why would you want to put vulnerable electrics even lower in the vehicle?

Aren't the electrics in the seat box already? Can't see how these side panels make them lower. Ray

Certainly makes them much more accessible to change a fuse. If you don't plan on doing deep wading it won't make any difference.
