Senior contact details at Hastings Direct

Hastings Direct are making my life a nightmare with their total inability to deal with a relatively simple problem.
The boss man is a chap called Tony Leppard.
The suffix for their email address is @hastingsdirect.com

Anyone got any contact details for his office?

A quick Google search shows it as Cosec@ (as he's Group Company Secretary) or there's always his LinkedIn profile...

In the interim I have made contact with the CEO's office.
Tonyleppard@ - got to him.

Hastingsdirect - at least Dick Turpin wore a mask.
My first part of my complaint got me 50 quid a few weeks ago for the hours spent proving my case.
I think they owe me more again for their mistakes.
