Why - my answer to that would be that it's sunday afternoon, the rugby has finished, it's freezing outside, I'm killing off a bottle of port left over from Xmas (actually, it was never opened at Xmas, just left over from it); and I'm wondering why not?

Why? As above but the more monied then buy a Kahn ruined Land Rover and add these with multi coloured flashing LEDs to illuminate them Rolling with laughter

Great for checking the oil level and condition, for contamination, backlash, etc. It would be interesting to see how effective the oil distribution is with various differentials too. I like the idea but suspect that it isn't going to catch on for normal vehicles.

That 10 minute video set a new standard for dull Rolling with laughter

I like your thinking - there is actually sound engineering principles in play if the modification helps maintenance and operation of the equipment.

Additionally, who's not drawn to the cutaway mechanical parts at transport museums, especially if they have a handle you can turn?


It's very definitely not a "Kahn" thing.
