90 RO. With a reserve of £2200 its a bit out of my league for a number plate. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

I’d be surprised if that doesn’t end up going for at least double the reserve.

I've watched a few of these,

They generally go for a fair bit more and watch out for buyers fees, Vat etc...

I always like to look, but more plates that cars currently...although they have stopped the £25 a year retention fee

A lot of the £250 plates are good, I would rather have one than standard.

If the plate is on the vehicle, there never was a retention fee.

The only time retention came into it was when you didn’t have the plate assigned to a vehicle but wanted to retain the right to use it. This used to be an annual fee; however, a few years back the DVLA changed this to one, small fee, which allowed you to keep the plate for a decade (iirc) if it was not assigned to a vehicle.

I'm going to buy it and change my name to Roger Overland.

Wait - I'll need to buy a 90 too.

Doh!
