Help needed - How to mount 18inch spare alloy in truck cab

Looking for advise on how to mount an 18 inch alloy in my 90 pick up load bed.
There are the remains of the standard fitting but this was used to mount a standard 16 inch steel wheel, with the back of the wheel facing outward.
I now need to mount the 18 inch (disco 3 5x120 pcd) wheel with the face showing.
I have seen plenty of photos of this done but can't see the detail of the mounting arrangrment.
