single din box /w usb?
I am planning to move the radio in the Defender and wonder - is there an empty single din box, slide in replacement for the radio, maybe with USB to use the space to store i.e. the phone there? Just open box, drawer, hinged lid - any recommendation welcome! Never forget: cars have owner, Landrover have field service personnel.

Oh well, that's his hard luck then Rolling with laughter

Joking aside, it's a DIN sized unit so why would it not fit in the DIN sized opening on a Puma just as well as it would in a Td5?

It's not a single din size pocket as it replaces the insert of the td5 dash. There will be hundreds of single din pockets on eBay though. Ray

Ok, got a sturdy one from a local shop, couldn't get myself into the ebay roulette. Problem solved. Never forget: cars have owner, Landrover have field service personnel.
