United Kingdom 1991 Defender 110 200 Tdi DCPU Aintree Green
300tdi engine weight
Hello all,
My friend in Canada would like to buy a 300tdi engine and transmission in the UK and have it shipped on a pallet to him,
To get an accurate shipping quote I will need to know the weight. Does anyone know how much this would all weigh or where I can find out? Thanks

Is that with ancillaries/turbo/ex.manifold and the LT230?

I'm guessing it's the R380 and not an auto box?

Dry weight with ancilleries attached comes in at about 200kg. 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW

yes with turbo manifold and the LT230.
And with the r380 gearbox.
What weight would you say? Should I contact Land Rover perhaps.?
Cheers

R380+LT230 is about 100kg, so if you went for 350kg you should be fine 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW
