I've always said that too, any parts you take off and replace with "bling",
You must keep them safe! As those will be the hard to find parts in years to come. It's all bound to go full circle eventually 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

Think you need to get your facts right mate as I purchased it in August not two weeks ago and I wish I did get it for £16k plus all the money and time I’ve spent on it and I didn’t agree to sell it to you on eBay for peanuts

Only going on what I was told. Went up for £14k on the bay and you got it for £16k. Haven't a clue what you spent on it but not £24k. 1951 80" S1 2.0

Any clues as to what you brought for it, and what work you have done to it?
Only asking as it all looks nice and original. It's not uncommon for a series 1 to change hands for sensible money, only to appear a few weeks later for double the money! 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

Hi mate it’s stands me at a lot of money I purchased it in the mind to restore it on going on the forums everyone says leave it as it is to be fair there right every thing is as it came from factory any thing that wasn’t working I’ve replaced with genuine new old parts it drives perfect starts first time every time the only reason why I’m selling as I’m after something more restored a series or defender other wise I would keep it

Hi
Don't touch it! Especially the paint work. If you need to get rid of it contact Arwel Richards at Silverstone auctions. I was going to put one of mine in at the NEC in November, but bottled it last week He's desperate for good vehicles to sell 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

I’m not desperate to sell it I think it’s great sometimes I just go and sit in the garage looking at it but I just prefer a restored Landy so a px or swap would work for me if not I shall keep getting my oily rag out will still put a smile on my face
