Been seven weeks now for the seat covers & should have come Monday, quick phone call to Exmore & yes they've been made but not sent out for some reason. Very polite young lady I spoke to, she said once I find out why they've not been sent out I'll call you back & let you know... that was Tuesday.
For a premium company I'm not too impressed with their service & for over £200.00 for a set of seat covers the least they could have done is let me know what was going on. |

I order a front carpet set for my 90 they took my money then I waited ,after two weeks I phone and asked what had happen to them and was told at least another four weeks so I cancel the order and was told the lady who does the refunds was on holiday until the following Tuesday could I phone back on the Tuesday to make sure the order and refund had gone though .The phone staff at Exmoor are very polite and tell it as it is ,but the rest of Exmoor I'm not to sure about.
