Noise after switching engine off?
Just bought a td5 90 and noticed a whirring when I switch the engine off, it stops after a few seconds, is this normal? I had a td5 discovery before this and never noticed that noise before?
Any help would be appreciated

Rotary oil filter, spins down after the oil pressure drops. My current one is slightly quieter than the one I fitted last service, but still there

Great thanks yes I was aware td5 had these filters but never used to hear it in the the discovery, obviously a Defender has much less soundproofing so makes sense but thought I would ask anyway Thumbs Up
