No this is a restoration old school hard back,glossy pages .no the new cheap recycled newspaper.maybe I should have put it in as a new item.

Wonder if Amazon will discount them straight away

Pre-ordering direct from Haynes is more hassle as it involves talking to an actual human being Laughing on their customer service team or using a pen to fill out a printed out paper form, folding it and placing in an envelope, attaching a postage stamp, then popping along to a post box. Ahhh, remember those days? But it's actually true! At least you don't pay the £22.99 Amazon price. The publishers are currently discounting it to £17.24

Good spot on the reduced price. When I pre-ordered they charged me the full list price of £22.99

I called them just now and they said that I would be charged the full price.

I asked to cancel my order - they lady said - "it's in the system now so there's nothing we can do" - just return it when you get it.

I insisted that this was not acceptable so they asked me to write in.....so much for talking to a real person - i would rather speak to a machine
