Rear Door Cill Removal 2016MY 90XS Station Wagon
I'm trying to remove the aluminium rear door cill to knock out some edge dents on the cill. The line of Phillips screws have been taken out, allowing the front edge to be lifted to remove the floor mat, but cannot seem to remove the cill itself. Is there something holding the cill at each end, requiring the side water-seals to be removed, or does it require a bit of brute force to lever it out? - any help would be appreciated.

Mine was gluey but easy. At the edges it is trapped a little under the trim. Remove all trim there is easy. For me I push to one edge much as possible and lift other with force...such that the metal flexbend a little. Out it come. Careful not to scratch on way out the sides, the piece is sharp edge at corners.

Thanks proloForêt, I will try that. I didn't want to force it if there was a connector at the ends Thumbs Up
