Depends on where you live

Long story short,if you live in the Manchester area (or similar e.g." London, Birmingham, Bradford") then A-Plan cannot give you an insurance quote. Might be useful if they can post all the areas they cannot quote for to save us wasting our time on the telephone.

Also don't bother ringing NFU if you have a Manchester postcode.

Not a lot of consolation to you keef9t. I feel your pain. I have always struggled with insurance, have never managed to get cheap insurance and I live in the middle of deepest darkest Norfolk.

Unfortunately we can't help everyone.

Postcodes do play a massive part in the underwriting process.
