| Has anyone got a 'delux' Series bonnet they don't want? | |
I already have a straight delux bonnet, (rolled edges) with wheel mount. The problem is that the rearmost top hat section that goes in between the hinges underneath, has cracked. This has made the bonnet very weak and I can't mount the spare wheel without it flexing the bonnet.
I know whole bonnets are available, but my 66 vehicle has all its original panels and I want to maintain its originality if I can by repairing the existing bonnet.
If anyone has a scrap bonnet they don't want, that may have a good rear under structure, I might be interested.
